No one felt like going to bed that night in the
Bold household. They were all too concerned
about their friends. They gathered in the
lounge to
fret
and
worry
together. But slowly,
as the hours passed, one by one they all fell
into a troubled sleep.
It was gone midnight when a breathless Mr.
McNumpty tapped on the front door. Mr. Bold
opened it and the grizzly bear
staggered
in,
asking for water.
