James took Cleveland to the playoffs five years in a row.
Then he left for Miami. Without James the Cavaliers were one
of the worst teams in the NBA, while James took the Heat to
the Finals four years straight. Then in 2014, James went back to
Cleveland. Instantly the Cavaliers were one of the best teams in
the league again.
Although he is very talented, James works hard and leads
by example. He shares his wisdom and helps his teammates
improve. As a result, James’s teams often improve, too.
Jordan and James were great at scoring. They were great
at rebounding. They were great at defense. Above all they were
great at winning.
When Jordan was on the floor, there was never any doubt who was
in charge.
