living there. And it wasn’t only forwhales.
Seals and penguins took part, too. Thewhales
competed to seewho had the strongest, most
spectacular spout, and thewinnerwas given a
goldmedal.
The Professor already knewwho had always
won the gold. That “great big enormouswhale”
was none other than himself.
“I see. So his grandad alwayswon the silver,”
he thought. “That would have beenSpout,
surely? And thatmeansWallymust be Spout’s
grandson…”
