Fruit stones save lives.
At the request of the government for fruit stones, a flood of pits from
all over the country has been pouring into the various gas mask plants.
The stones are reduced to charcoal which is used in the gas mask for
absorbing the poisonous gas inhaled by the soldiers. Pits arriving at a
Government Carbon Plant.
