One night, there was knocking on the door. This woke
up Brer Bear’s family. Brer Bear said, “Who is it?”
Brer Skunk said, “It’s me. It’s Brer Skunk.”
Brer Bear said, “It’s really late. We’re sleeping. What do
you want?”
