s a sports doctor, you can help athletes stay safe,
perform their best in sporting events, and recover if an
injury occurs. You can provide support and aid to dancers
and other performers. You can also help those who just
want to be more physically active. All of this can be very
rewarding.
Unlike many athletes, sports doctors don’t generally
retire in their thirties. While athletes’ careers usually
end when they grow older and slow down, doctors can
continue to practice medicine throughout their lives.
