Alexandra said, “Come on! Hazel, you are as
stubborn as a mule!”
Hazel started pulling Alexandra back the
other way. Then, Alexandra looked up and saw
her friend Mason. He was waving and jogging
toward them.
When he ran up to them, Hazel wagged
her tail and greeted him. Alexandra looked at
Hazel. Now she understood why Hazel didn’t
want to move!
“Is that why you wouldn’t walk, Hazel? You
saw Mason coming?” Hazel barked, and the
three of them walked to the park together.
