                                       About the Author
                     Kathryn Hulick began her career with an adventure. She served two years in the
                     Peace Corps in Kyrgyzstan, teaching English. When she returned to the United
                     States, she began writing books and articles for kids. Technology and science are
                     her favorite topics. Look for her books: Careers in Robotics, Robotics Engineer, and
                     Virtual Reality Developer. She also contributes regularly to Muse magazine and the
                     Science News for Students website. She enjoys hiking, painting, reading, and work-
                     ing in her garden. She lives in Massachusetts with her husband, son, and dog.
