Anxiety disorders stem from an excessive, persistent feeling of fear beyond humans’
                   natural instinct for safety. Some anxiety disorders are triggered by a certain stimulus
                   while others are more general.

                   Trauma and Mental Health


                   Acute fear and stress triggered by traumatic experiences belong

                   to a separate category known as Trauma and Stressor-Related
                   Disorders. The best known of these is post-traumatic stress disorder
                   (PTSD). Many of the symptoms of PTSD are similar to those of
