“No, of course not,” I say. “It’s just that
English is the only language

know.”
“Look who
doesn’t
know so much,” he taunts.
“Some people come to us with a limited
view of the world,” Rhiannon tells him. She holds
out a finger, and Oliver-David flies back to her
and lands right on it.
“I’ll say,” he says.
“Does anyone want to fill your new classmate
in on our method of communication?” Rhiannon
asks.
“I will,” Athena says. “It’s Genie Auto
Translate. Commonly referred to as GAT. It
means when I’m speaking in Greek, you’ll hear in
English, and vice versa, for any human language
in the world.”
