might be able to help with tasks that

would be dangerous for seniors. However,

young volunteers should ask a parent or

guardian for help with certain jobs. The

adult can make sure tasks are done safely

and correctly.

Volunteers can also help the elderly by

running errands. Some seniors can’t drive.

Or they might have trouble leaving their

homes. People can volunteer to go grocery

shopping. That way their elderly neighbors
