citizen members of Parliament
a member of a community legislative group of people that have been
elected to govern
constitution
a set of rules that guides a country monarch
a person who rules a kingdom or empire
diverse
when there are many kinds of something; for municipal
example, a society is diverse if there are people the local government of a town or city
from different cultures

protest
elected a statement or action to express disapproval
to be chosen by voting

supreme
federal having the most power
a government that is made up of one central
power but is also broken down into territories or tolerance
provinces that have their own governments
to accept something you might not like

govern values
to direct or lead a group of people
desirable or good characteristics or qualities

head of state
the person who holds the highest position in a
national government
