eating insects. It offers articles on many aspects of insect-eating,
including the need to get kids excited about eating bugs.
Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations
(www.fao.org). Major topics at the Food and Agriculture Organi-
zation website include climate change, sustainable food and ag-
riculture, the future of food, and conservation.
FoodPrint (https://foodprint.org ). A project of the Grace Com-
munications Foundation, FoodPrint is dedicated to increasing
public awareness of food and environmental issues. The website
offers many articles about issues such as climate change, raising
livestock and crops sustainably, and what the public can do to
help protect the environment.
