In addition to sneezing, coughing, and talking,
the coronavirus can spread from person to
person through singing. In Washington State,
a 122-member choir held two rehearsals in
March 2020. The members sang with strength
and enthusiasm. When they did, some of them
released virus particles into the air, and other
members inhaled them. After the rehearsals, more
than fifty of the singers got sick with COVID-19.
Two singers died.
