into Grand Prismatic Spring last year.”
“Did they catch the guy who was flying it?” Buck asked.
“Yes, and fined him over three thousand dollars,” Isabel
stated. “I was hoping all the attention it got in the news
would have deterred others from breaking the law. I’m
not against drones; this just isn’t the place to fly them.
Did you happen to see who was flying the one you saw?”
“No,” Buck said. “It headed toward a black pickup with
a camping trailer hooked onto the back. It was parked
next to our camper, but it’s gone now.”
Reaching the Green Beast, Buck unlocked the camper’s
door, and they all three stepped in.
“This is it,” Toni said as Isabel glanced around the
camper.
“The kitchen table turns into my bed,” Buck said as
he opened a small closet and pulled out a khaki-colored
shirt with the show’s name, The Wild World of Buck
Bray, embroidered in green over the pocket. “The couch
in front turns into my dad’s bed, and Shoop’s bed folds
down from above it.”
